Living to Stay Young

Think and Stay Young Living in the metropolis requires a hearty life because the city is so energized by both good and bad vibes. It is really up to us to live our lives with equanimity to reduce the everyday stress. I grabbed this somewhere as some kind of tips or suggestions to retain or at least reduce the effects of aging: Try everything twice. On one woman's tombstone she said she wanted this epitaph: "Tried everything twice. Loved it both times!" Keep only cheerful friends. The grouches pull you down. (Keep this in mind if you are one of those grouches!) Keep learning. Learn more about  computers, gadgets if you will;  crafts, gardening, whatever.. Never let the brain get idle. 'An idle mind is the devil's workshop.' And the devil's name is Alzheimer's! Enjoy the simple things. Laugh often, long and loud. Laugh until you gasp for breath. And if you have a friend who makes you laugh, spend lots and lots of time with HIM/HER.
