When will I have my very own mensch? I wish every woman would have their own too.

It is about a "love and ambition in the world of big business", and how people can get sucked into situations that spell losing character, suffer indignities and lead to irresponsible behavior. Understandably, the movie got a Best Picture award from the Oscars.
